Juraj Podracký is a founder of Metatron Capital and portfolio manager of Long-Term Equity Fund.

On his own account he traded several strategies and he analysed hedge funds for Erste Bank in Vienna. He helps other portfolio managers with market strategy. He completed internships at Victor Niederhoffer in US. Juraj lives in Bratislava.

Tomáš Martinec is a founder and director of Metatron Capital.

He has more than 10 years of experience in managing, developing, building strategies, leading and supervising of investment departments within J&T Group. He lives in Prague.

Aleš Vávra is a portfolio manager of Long-Short Equity Fund since July 2013. He has been involved in capital markets for more than 10 years.

He gained his experience in J&T Banka (2002 – 2013), initially as a trader and later as a consultant for the Chairman of the Board. Aleš believes in fundamental analysis and prefers long-term investments.

Ondřej Klečka is the portfolio manager of the Event-Driven Fund. Ondřej is a graduate of the Faculty of Finance and Accounting at the University of Economics and Business Administration and a holder of the CFA degree. He also studied in the USA at Duke University, The Fuqua School of Business. He has a long-term focus on the search for tactical opportunities and special situations across asset types in the capital markets. He has diverse international work experience in central banking, investment management, asset management and top management consulting.

Pavol Redler started working for Metatron Capital as a student at the University of Economics in Bratislava, where he graduated in Financial Management and Economic Appraisal. Currently he works as an analyst dedicated to risk management and internal support to portfolio managers.

Juanita Bencini is an ex-KPMG Malta partner where for 17 years she headed the Risk Consulting Advisory practice. Today, she acts as a professional director on boards of regulated entities, including insurance companies, listed entities, funds and a bank. Her areas of expertise include risk management, financial services regulation, compliance arrangements, corporate governance and AML.

Petr Posker in an independent director of the company. He participated in origin of ATLANTIK Financial markets, where he worked for many years. He founded one of the first Maltese funds in the Czech Republic. Petr lives in Brno.
