Investment objective
Fund’s objective is to achieve an absolute return above the 1Y Euribor benchmark + 6.05% p.a. The fund seeks to achieve investments either in equity and equity securities, fixed income securities, publicly traded FDI and OTC derivatives, as well as money market instruments, or in a combination thereof.
Investment strategy
The objective of the Fund is an event-driven strategy that focuses on exploiting market inefficiencies and asymmetric risk-rewards caused by unusual situations/events such as mergers and acquisitions, management changes, IPOs, crises, reporting of results, restructuring, bankruptcies/liquidations, tender offers, activist campaigns/representative fights, privatization, asset sales, spin-offs, lawsuits, changes in business models/misunderstanding of such changes (SOTP valuation, business model inflection point), etc. and occasionally political events.
