All of us, together with portfolio managers, work on managing our funds and strive to beat the market. There is a constant effort to learn new things. Middle-back office administrators and analysts support and assist us. We complement each other, and even though each of us is different, together we form one team.
Juraj Podracký

The company later went bankrupt, as did Považské strojárne, Chirana Export-Import, and Mostáreň Brezno. The portfolio of Slovak stocks did not fare well, so in 1999 he began trading American stocks.
In 2000, he managed to get a position as a junior trader at J&T Securities, and shortly afterwards he completed an internship with a world-renowned hedge fund manager Victor Niederhoffer.
He subsequently ran his own trading company and also worked as a hedge fund analyst for Erste Bank in Vienna. In 2009, he returned to J&T. In 2011, together with Tomáš Martinec and with the support of J&T Banka, they founded Metatron Capital, where he has been managing the Metatron Long Term Equity fund since 2014.
Pavol Redler

Pavol Redler began working for Metatron Capital while still a student at the University of Economics in Bratislava, where he studied financial management and economic expertise.

In his early years at Metatron, he worked in the middle-back office department, where he provided support to portfolio managers. He then worked as a financial market analyst and, in 2022, he was approved by MFSA for the position of portfolio manager. In July 2022, he also passed his state exams and became an expert in economics and management. In June 2024, he was approved and appointed to the position of director.

Petr Posker is an independent director of the company. He was involved in the establishment of ATLANTIK finanční trhy, where he worked for many years. He founded one of the first Maltese funds in the Czech Republic. He lives in Brno.

Juanita Bencini is a former partner at KPMG Malta, where she led the risk advisory department for 17 years.
